What does supply chain or supplier responsibility mean to you?

Here is what it means to me:

Based on my years of experience in business and in the supply chain world, I created an SRMM (you guessed it 'Supplier Responsibility Maturity Matrix'). I believe as your company matures, your bottom line will be positively impacted and if you are accountable for supplier selection, you might even sleep better at night.
